We offer worldwide shipping.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and displayed at checkout.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, in their original condition and with all original packaging. Shoes may only be tried on indoors on a clean, soft surface. Shoes showing signs of wear, including marks or damage to the soles, are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Please contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
